Our wines are marketed under the brand name of De Adami. The first wine was bottled in 1991. We make different varietal wines, wine types and special wines.
The Slejko family give much attention to Merlot, the vines of which are more than three decades old. In the sixties, the family planted the first vine of Merlot which was used for protocol purposes of the former Yugoslavia. Nowadays, it is the Zaloščan Merlot that serves the needs of the Slovenian Protocol. Glasses at the ceremonies related to the introduction of Euro and at the beginning and end of Slovenia’s presidency of the European Union in the first half of 2008 were filled with the Zaloščan Merlot.
